Position Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations, working hands-on through an 18-month rotational program.

Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.

Bachelors degree preferred.

Proven leadership experience managing 10+ people in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.

Ability to train and develop employees while promoting accountability, safety and continuous improvement.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
