Overview Cottage Dream Vacations is a luxury resort development group seeking an experienced Investor Relations qualified to build relationships with accredited investors and high-net-worth individuals. What Your Work Looks Like Develop and execute sales campaigns and investor acquisition strategies
Manage and access a network of accredited and high-net-worth individuals
Manage the full sales cycle—client engagement, onboarding, and relationship management
Oversee CRM operations, monitor pipeline performance, and guide the team toward growth targets
Ensure compliant operation of securities sales
Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders at the EMD dealing representative and compliance team, and service providers to Cottage Dream Vacations
What We're Looking For in a Candidate Proven track record in fund-raising, private equity,
wealth management, or investor relations
Strong network of accredited and high-net-worth individuals
Strong background in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
Understands securities compliance and instilling a compliance culture
Strategic thinker able to plan, execute, and iterate growth initiatives
Passion for financial innovation, access, and digital platforms
Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
REQUIRED: Licensed dealing representative or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent licensing to sell exempt securities in Canada prior to start date
What We Offer Base salary: $90,000-$125,000 (depending on experience)
Aggressive commissions consistent with industry averages (uncapped)
Hybrid schedule (2 office days / 3 days in market)
