Otherworld is seeking an experienced Online Casino Affiliate Manager to lead the management and growth of our affiliate marketing program. In this role, you will work closely with affiliate partners to develop strategic relationships, drive traffic, and optimize conversions while ensuring alignment with our brand goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the affiliate network
Manage relationships with existing affiliates to ensure they are engaged, motivated, and meeting performance targets
Develop and implement marketing materials and promotional strategies to support affiliates in driving traffic
Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze data, and provide reports to optimize program performance
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling offers and promotions that align with business goals
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the affiliate space
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to affiliate marketing and online gaming
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in online casino affiliate management
Proven track record in recruiting,
managing, and optimizing affiliate relationships
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing trends relevant to affiliate marketing
Familiarity with affiliate management platforms and tracking software (MyAffiliates)
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently
A passion for online gaming and keeping up-to-date with industry changes
