We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our team and manage the BC Interior region, from Merritt up to Prince George, with a focus on small to mid-sized business (SMB) accounts. This role plays a key part in supporting our growth and ensuring local customers receive exceptional service and attention within their region.

Daily Responsibilities & How You’ll Succeed

Manage a book of ~250 current accounts





Work closely with your sales manager to measure your success and achieve sales targets

Promote and sell West X’s portfolio of services and equipment

Uncover new opportunities with customers and support contract renewals

Hunt for recent business revenue and work with customers to resolve concerns

Requirements (if you’ve got these, we want to speak with you)

Valid driver’s license and a vehicle are required (we provide an allowance)

Must live in BC Interior and be open to daily travel

Excellent people skills! You love meeting new people and can easily establish relationships

You’ve got computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

A College diploma or University degree would be great but are not required

2-years of previous sales experience in Retail or Hospitality would be a huge plus

English fluency is mandatory, and you must be eligible to work in Canada
