Capture pre- and post-installation photos of the server room and installed hardware
Collect MAC addresses of newly deployed Cisco IP phones
Install, configure, and test current Cisco IP phone systems
Decommission legacy systems and safely remove existing equipment
Properly pack, label, and prepare decommissioned hardware for FedEx pickup
Perform cable tracing and verification as required
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to deployment standards
