Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Content Designer to partner with product, design, and engineering teams to shape high-quality software experiences. This role focuses on improving clarity, usability, and customer learning—particularly across AI-driven features—within construction technology products.
Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of content design or UX writing experience for software applications
Proven experience designing user experiences and product content
Solid collaboration skills across product, design,



and engineering teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience reviewing and improving AI-generated content
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience within the AEC or construction technology industry
Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools
Background in help content, learning content, or enablement materials
