Who we are looking for
We are seeking experienced creative Interior Designers with background working in Architectural Firms on various types of Commercial Tenant Improvement projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Interior Designer looking to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive and collaborative team.

Qualifications

8+years of experience in Commercial Tenant Improvement projects

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Interior Design school

Successful completion of NCIDQ and Registration as RID

Responsibilities

Manage various Commercial Tenant Improvement and Interior Projects





Work with our clients to determine programming requirements and establish project goals/objectives.

Bring a high level of creativity and design excellence to each project

Prepare compelling and informative presentations

Prepare 3D modeling during design development to clearly convey the design intent to the client.

Research, gather, recommend, and present appropriate finishes, fixture and furnishings that capture the functional, aesthetic, environmental, and budgetary requirements of the project.

Produce detailed and fully coordinated contract documentation

Experience working in Architectural Firms, collaborating with architects throughout the project design and execution

Participate in design charrettes and peer reviewsProficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUP, and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent project management skills ensuring milestones and budget are met while maintaining the design and documentation quality
