Base pay range
CA$80,000.00/yr - CA$90,000.00/yr
Compensation & Benefits
Commissions/Bonus: $18,000 - $25,000 yearly bonus based on company performance; Uncapped commissions.
Car allowance: Reimbursement for kilometres plus $800 monthly car allowance.
Expense reimbursement: All reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to reduce churn and ensure long-term satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on medium and large construction companies as well as fleet-driven organizations.
Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and manage deals from prospecting to closing.
Proactively source and qualify leads through industry tools,
databases, and social platforms to keep the pipeline active.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity tracking through the CRM and other internal tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful integration of newly acquired accounts.
Requirements
Fluency in French and English (perfect bilingualism).
Post‑secondary education in business, marketing, commerce, or another relevant discipline.
Minimum of three years in a similar role with a proven track record.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with confident presentation skills.
Very organized with robust time‑management skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Tech‑savvy with solid proficiency in CRM platforms and digital tools.
Team player who adapts easily to change, while maintaining strong independence and initiative.
Skilled negotiator with strong interpersonal abilities.
Background in selling B2B product or services within transportation, construction, or similar industrial environments.
