Clean Harbors in Corunna, ON is seeking a local Class AZ Drive r to join their safety conscious team! The successful candidate will hold a Class AZ License and be responsible for operating a variety of units (Roll off, Luggers, Tankers, Vans primarily) to perform hazardous and non-hazardous waste pickups at various client sites.

Responsibilities: Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.

Drive, operate and maintain assigned units (Roll off, Luggers, Tankers, Vans etc.).





Guarantee proper loading and unloading of hazardous/non-hazardous waste.

Perform pre-and-post-trip inspections and ensure the equipment is always mechanically sound and in good working order.

Ensure proper placarding of vehicles to meet all requirements and regulations.

Complete field level risk assessments and other related paperwork.

Work as part of a team with customers, co-workers & supervisors.

Qualifications: Valid Class AZ Commercial Driver''s License with a clean driving record.

Must be able to maintain a clean-shaven face to ensure proper respirator fit.

Valid FAST Card preferred; at minimum, a valid passport with no travel restrictions is required.

Proven ability to operate manual transmission commercial vehicles.

Experience with Hazardous Waste transportation and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations is highly preferred.

Previous experience operating tankers and/or roll-off trucks is required.

Ability to safely operate vehicles equipped with up to an 18-speed manual transmission.

Capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods.
