Bilingual Inside Sales Rep Up to $80k Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers through inbound sales and service inquiries, processing orders and quotations, coordinating deliveries, and providing product-related support.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound sales calls and customer inquiries from an established customer base.

Provide product, pricing, availability, order status, and delivery information.

Process customer orders and quotations accurately and efficiently.

Conduct quote follow-ups and maintain ownership of customer requests through completion.

Coordinate orders and deliveries with internal departments and manufacturing facilities.

Assist customers with technical and non-technical product inquiries.

Support the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment and products.





Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams.

Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).

High School Diploma required; College Diploma or University Degree preferred. 12 years of customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.

Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and computer skills.

Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make sound decisions.

Team-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
