Role Name: ICD / ICM Majesco Billing Lead Configurator Location: Mississauga, ON Duration: Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION: Title: ICD / ICM Majesco Billing Lead Configurator Goal: Lead configuration and customization of Majesco ICD/ICM Billing to meet North American P&C; insurance business, performance, and production support requirements. THE MOST RELEVANT SKILL: Majesco ICD/ICM Billing configuration for P&C; Insurance ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot workflows, object models, mappings, and rules aligned to NA insurance products with production-grade quality. SCOPE: Own Majesco ICD/ICM Billing configuration and custom components across build, test, UAT, and production support.

Collaborate with Product Owner, business users, and Solution Architect to groom backlog and resolve production issues.

Design and maintain workflows, object models, mappings, and rules using Majesco ICD/ICM tools.

Configure, build, unit test, and deploy application changes.

Support UAT and production incidents using Jira-based tracking.

Perform database scripting and data validation for billing and policy data. MUST-HAVES (NON-NEGOTIABLE): Majesco ICD / ICM Billing expertise hands-on configuration of workflows, object models, mappings, and rules in production environments. P&C; Insurance domain (North America) strong understanding of billing, policy lifecycle, and insurance products.

Java (OOP) development ability to design and implement custom components using object-oriented principles.

Rules Engine configuration define, implement,



and maintain business rules with traceable outcomes.

Agile delivery experience work effectively with backlogs, sprints, and iterative delivery.

Production & UAT support analyze defects, provide fixes, and support releases under SLA expectations.

Unit testing create and execute unit tests validating configuration and custom logic.

Deployment practices package and deploy changes across environments (tools not specified).

Oracle RDBMS write and validate SQL scripts; solid understanding of relational database concepts. XML / XSD design and validate structured data used in integrations and configurations. REST APIs consume or integrate APIs with clear understanding of request/response, errors, and security basics.

Issue tracking (Jira) manage work items, defects, and status updates accurately. POSITIVE-TO-HAVES (NEGOTIABLE): CI/CD on Azure or AWS familiarity with automated build and deployment pipelines.

Requirements workshops experience facilitating sessions to understand customer business processes.
