Vos responsabilits En tant que spcialiste de lintgration, vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos nouveaux clients.

Vous les accompagnerez tout au long du processus dintgration, leur offrirez un soutien continu et les aiderez tirer le maximum de valeur de notre plateforme propulse par lIA.

Vos principales responsabilits incluront: Accompagner les clients dans le processus dintgration et de configuration, en assurant une exprience fluide et positive.

Offrir des formations claires et personnalises afin daider les clients se sentir laise et confiants dans lutilisation de la plateforme.

Fournir un soutien continu au service la clientle en rpondant aux questions, en rsolvant les problmes et en offrant des conseils proactifs. tablir et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients grce des suivis et des points de contact rguliers.

Collaborer troitement avec les quipes de succs client et de soutien afin damliorer continuellement lexprience dintgration.

Recueillir les commentaires des clients afin de contribuer lamlioration de notre plateforme et de nos processus.

Profil recherch Exprience: 1 2 ans dexprience dans un rle en contact avec la clientle (une exprience en SaaS, en technologie ou en commerce de dtail est un atout).

Exprience dans le secteur automobile.

Comptences : laise avec la technologie: Capacit apprendre rapidement et expliquer des outils technologiques (une exprience en SaaS est un atout).





Excellentes aptitudes en communication: Capacit expliquer des concepts complexes de faon simple et claire, loral comme lcrit.

Crateur(trice) de relations : laise pour tablir des liens de confiance avec les clients.

This is a junior role designed for someone energetic, organized, and eager to grow their career in tech and customer success.

What Youll Do As an Onboarding Specialist, youll be the first point of contact for current clients.





You''ll guide them through a seamless onboarding experience, provide ongoing support, and help them maximize the value of our AI-powered platform.

Your main responsibilities will include: Leading clients through the onboarding and setup process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Delivering clear, tailored training to help clients become comfortable and confident with the platform.

Providing ongoing customer service support by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering proactive guidance.

Building strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and check-ins.

Collaborating closely with the Customer Success and Support teams to continuously improve the onboarding experience.

Gathering feedback from clients to help enhance our platform and processes.

What Were Looking For Experience: 12 years in customer-facing roles (experience in SaaS, tech, or retail environments is a plus).

Automotive industry experience.

Skills: Tech-savvy: Comfortable learning and explaining technology; previous SaaS experience is a plus.

Excellent communicator: Able to explain complex ideas simply and clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Relationship-builder: Skilled at connecting with clients and building trust.

Team player: Works well with others and values collaboration.
