Overview
We’re looking for a talented Digital Product Designer to join one of Canada’s most respected digital organizations. This is a chance to shape digital experiences used by millions while collaborating with a agile, cross-functional team in a hybrid work environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead interaction design strategy, improving user experiences through research, ideation, and workshops.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts that communicate flows, touchpoints, and interactions.

Facilitate usability testing, conduct research, and perform design audits to inform product decisions.

Present design solutions to stakeholders and act as a subject-matter expert for interaction design.

Must-Have

BA/BS in Design (Interaction, Visual, Product, Industrial), HCI, CS, or equivalent experience.





Experience integrating user research into design solutions.

Proficient with Figma, Mural, UserTesting.com, and other design/prototyping tools.

Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design strategy.

Nice-to-Have

MA/MS in Design or related field.

Experience with research methods, agile teams, and large organizations.

Appreciation for design thinking methodology.
