Email & SMS Marketing Specialist

THE ROLE As an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist your role will involve:
Implementing email and SMS marketing strategies for e-commerce (Shopify/Plus, WooCommerce, BigCommerce) merchants.
Coordinating timelines with clients with respect to their campaigns, email flows, sales, product launches, etc.
Participating in meetings with clients and team to deliver and execute on strategic recommendations.
Working in collaboration with team members across our paid ads, financial modeling & forecasting team, and CRO/web development team to develop and implement growth strategies for our clients.
Leading members of our design and copy team to curate the necessary email and SMS content for clients (scheduling is done within Asana).
Oversee quality assurance across all email and SMS channels.
Managing email marketing accounts using Klaviyo, Sendlane and other ESP’s.




Analyzing and reporting on email/SMS performance across the board.
Experience Required Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce marketing.
Hands-on experience using Klaviyo, with a solid understanding of direct-response marketing principles.
Proven experience in quality assurance (QA) and testing digital marketing assets, such as email, SMS, and push notifications.
Previous client-facing or project management experience.
Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, with the ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Robust interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a genuine willingness to work cross-functionally.
Demonstrated interest in E-commerce, business, and marketing, with a passion for partnering with marketers, operators, and founders to solve unique business challenges.
Strong understanding of copy, typography, layout, and branding.
Preferred: Familiar with Slack and Asana.
Strong Candidates Will Bring Klaviyo certification or extensive hands-on experience using the platform
Familiarity with Shopify, Shopify Plus, or WordPress stores
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience with SMS marketing
General understanding of social media and search ads
Understanding of Google Analytics (GA) or other analytics tools.

Job Type: Full Time (Monday-Friday)
Salary: $78,000-$102,000 (based on experience)
