SSP Canada is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead a Tim Hortons location at Victoria International Airport. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, builds strong teams, and knows how to keep operations smooth even during the morning rush.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day Front and Back of House operations
Deliver consistent food quality, safety, and brand standards
Drive results through labor control, cost management, and forecasting
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team
Maintain operational systems, compliance, and reporting
Partner with senior leaders and support office administration needs
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma required; post‑secondary education preferred
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
(Quick service or coffee shop experience strongly preferred)
Proven ability to lead teams in a high‑volume environment
Comfort with POS systems, MS Office, and operational reporting
Solid communication skills and confidence handling guest or team issues

This position is located in a secure airport environment and a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) is required.
