About the job RQ09363 - Product Manager - Intermediate Responsibilities:
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle for the CCPay Online Payment Service (CCPay), including, but not limited to: Gathering and prioritizing product and client requirements
Refine the product vision as required
Ensuring that the product supports the organization's overall strategy and goals in alignment with OPS I⁢ corporate policies
Provide support to the core CCPay team and key stakeholders
Gain a deep understanding of client experience: Identify and fill product gaps
Generate new ideas that grow market share
Improve client experience and support business process improvements
Onboard new clients and manage existing client needs
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on organization and client impact
Work closely with the core CCPay team to complete deliverables with time sensitive deadlines and optimal resources to manage competing priorities
Drive product launches including working with the core CCPay team, executives, and other product management team members
Evaluate client on-boarding plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Represent the CCPay team by engaging clients to solicit feedback on CCPay products and services
General Skills:
Experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Experience working with diverse parties not limited to technical staff and non-technical subject matter to assess partnerships and client opportunities
Experience running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples becoming an expert of CCPay
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines, managing competing priorities and client relationship management experience
