Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base in Coburg and nearby regions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, influencers, and stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and events to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies and improve competitive positioning.
Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.




Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities using metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, customer service) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales and sales management
Ability to provide sales training and mentoring
Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
