Must have management experience within a currency exchange business/money services business.LocationWindsor, ONWage$65,000 – $80,000 + depending on experience.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding services, increasing client acquisition and identifying ancillary revenue opportunities while ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory requirements.Responsibilities to include the following, but not limited to:Business Growth, Expansion & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute strategies to increase transaction volume, revenue and market shareIdentify and implement ancillary revenue opportunities, including expansion into services such as: cheque cashing services; multi-currency exchangeand inventory optimization; EFTs, wire, moneytransfers and remittances, etc.Establish and manage relationships with cross-border businesses, commuters, logistics companies and commercial clientsAnalyze currency flows, market demand and border traffic to identify growth opportunitiesMonitor KPIs, financial performance and operational efficiency to ensure profitabilityEvaluate and implement current products, pricing strategies and service offeringsCompliance & Regulatory OversightEnsuring full compliance with FINTRAC regulations and all applicable MSB, AML, and ATF requirementsMaintain and enhance AML/ATF compliance programs,



policies and internal controlsOversee regulatory reporting, including Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and Large Cash Transaction Reports (LCTRs)Manage internal and external audits, regulatory reviews and compliance monitoringEnsure accurate recordkeeping and reporting in accordance with regulatory standardsOperational LeadershipOversee daily operations across both locationsImplement operational controls, risk management procedures and quality assurance processesRecruit, train, schedule and supervise staff to meet operational and compliance standardsManage currency inventory, liquidity, banking relationships, fund transfers between locations, ordering funds, etcEnsuring operational efficiency, security and regulatory adherenceQualificationsMinimum three (3) years management/leadership experience in a Money Services Business, currency exchange, or regulated financial services environmentStrong knowledge of FINTRAC regulations, AML/ATF compliance, and MSB regulatory requirementsDegree in Business Administration, Finance or AccountingStrong knowledge of cross-border CAD/USD currency markets, other currencies and liquidity managementExperience implementing or managing ancillary MSB services such as cheque cashing, remittances, crypto services or precious metalsCAMS certification or equivalent AML compliance certification is considered an asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
