Support organizational goals of digital transformation and process standardization.

Catalogue Item Development Designing and building catalogue items (hardware, software, access requests, HR services) Configure forms, variable and UI policies b.
Workflow and Automation Creating workflows and flows for request fulfilment Setting up approvals, notifications, and task assignments c.
Integration Connecting catalogue items to external systems (procurement, HR, Active Directory, etc) d.
Administration Managing catalogue categories, roles, and permissions Maintaining catalogue structure and visibility rules e.
Maintenance and Support Troubleshooting catalogue issues Updating items as business needs evolve DELIVERABLES Fully configured catalogue items with forms, variable, and agile scripts; automated workflows or Flow Designer flows that handle approvals, notifications, and fulfilment tasks; integrations with external systems and supporting documentation.
