Work Term: Temporary Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience Tasks Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders Bake mixed dough and batters Prepare special orders Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods Draw up production schedules Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards Inspect kitchen and food service areas Operate machinery Organize and maintain inventory Security and safety Criminal record check Work conditions and physical capabilities Attention to detail Hand-eye co-ordination Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Repetitive tasks Standing for extended periods Personal suitability Client focus Dependability Reliability Team player Screening questions Are you available for shift or on-call work?
