Adecco is currently hiring full-time Production Associates for a growing production team specializing in customized apparel, uniforms, and branded merchandise.
This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Pay Rate: $18.40 to $19.75/hour (based on experience, shift, and departmental assignment) Location: Brampton, ON Shift: Day Shift: Monday to Friday| 6:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday |3:00 p.m. to 11:15 p.m.

Prepare garments and products for customization, ensuring proper placement and alignment of logos, labels, patches, and other embellishments.
Follow production sheets, work orders, and customer specifications accurately.
Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality, sizing, color, placement, and workmanship standards are met.
Identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues before products move to the next stage.
Maintain production efficiency while upholding quality standards.
Keep customer orders organized and separated to ensure order accuracy.
Perform basic equipment setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance as required.
Communicate quality concerns promptly to supervisors and team members.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in embroidery, heat transfer, printing, pressing, labeling, garment decoration, light manufacturing, production, or similar roles is considered an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to learn new processes and production techniques quickly.
Excellent hand-eye coordination for accurate positioning and application of designs and embellishments.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work from production documents.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment operation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive hand movements.
Ability to safely handle lifting requirements associated with the role.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining regular attendance.
Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively to prevent production errors.
