What Youll Be Doing Assist with the installation and servicing of commercial signage and street structures Perform hands-on work such as basic repairs, painting, and graffiti removal Load, secure, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials Work at heights using aerial equipment (training provided) Pressure wash vehicles, trailers, and structures as required Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, tools,



and shop areas Follow all safety procedures and complete required safety documentation Support the crew with additional duties as assigned What Were Looking For Physically fit and capable of lifting, climbing, and working at heights Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction Available for evenings, weekends, and out-of-town work when required Valid Class 5 drivers licence with a clean driving record Comfortable using hand and power tools (training provided where needed) Experience & Education High school diploma or GED Previous experience in construction, field work, or other labour-intensive roles is an asset Mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to safety are highly valued Work Environment Physically demanding outdoor work on structures up to 100 ft Rapid-paced role with changing locations and daily tasks Team-oriented environment requiring reliability, communication, and adaptability Who Thrives in This Role Prefer active, physical work Take pride in visible, real-world results Enjoy working as part of a crew Are dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated
