Your current role Perform day-to-day building operations, maintenance, and repairs across a residential portfolio.

Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.

Respond to resident service requests and ensure work orders arepleted in a timely manner.

Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors while ensuring work meets quality standards.

Assist with suite turnovers, including painting, inspections, light cleaning, and general repairs.

Support landscaping, snow removal, and overall curb appeal initiatives.

Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as required.

Maintain maintenance records, inventory controls, and operational documentation.





Travel between properties as required to support operational needs.

What you''ll need to succeed 2+ years of experience in residential,mercial, or mixed-use building operations.

Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance.

Experience performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting building systems.

Proven ability to manage work orders, priorities, and maintenance schedules effectively.

Strong customer service skills with experience interacting directly with residents or tenants.

Experience coordinating contractors and vendors is considered an asset.

Valid driver''s license and ability to travel between properties as required.

Building Operator Certification (BOC), 4th Class Power Engineering, WHMIS, or other industry-related certifications are considered assets.

Strongmunication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
