Under the guidance of the school administrator, you will oversee day-to-day building operations. This role is critical in maintaining a healthy environment within the school alongside the Facilities teams. With a focus on safety and cleanliness, your hands-on experience in caretaking will shine.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe, clean building environment daily
• Operate floor cleaning and maintenance equipment
• Monitor and reset the boiler and HVAC systems
• Conduct basic building repairs and maintenance tasks
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy for staff and students

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years caretaking experience needed
• Interest in WHMIS training and Fireman's Certificate
• Ability to operate outdoor equipment safely
• Proficiency in building maintenance and repairs
