Apotex es una empresa global de salud con sede en Canadá. Buscamos un Jefe de Capacitación Operativa para liderar y mantener actualizado el sistema de entrenamiento de nuestra planta en México y la región LATAM, garantizando el cumplimiento de GMP, STPS y COFEPRIS.
La persona liderará la GLMS, definirá estrategias de capacitación, gestionará budgets y auditorías, y desarrollará a su equipo, asegurando que cada colaborador esté calificado para sus funciones con enfoque en calidad y mejora
