As the Parks Financial Planning and Analysis Team Lead, you will oversee the budgeting processes and provide essential reporting and analysis to support financial operations. You will directly supervise the FP&A; team while collaborating closely with directors and managers to enhance financial decision support. Your role is crucial in ensuring accurate and consistent financial practices across the division.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the Parks Division
• Design and produce financial reports for management




• Provide guidance to directors on budgeting approaches
• Analyze regional budgets, expenditures, and revenues
• Supervise and develop the Financial Planning and Analysis team

Requirements:
• University degree and 4 years of finance experience
• CPA designation required or in progress
• 3-4 years in financial planning and analysis
• Supervisory experience in a diverse environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
