Duties
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of food quality and customer service.
Lead, train, and develop staff to foster a motivated and efficient team environment.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
Supervise food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen management and sanitation practices.
Monitor shift performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant efficiency.
Skills
Proven management experience within Tim Hortons.
Strong knowledge of food preparation procedures and food safety regulations.




Excellent leadership skills with a background in staff training, supervising, and team management.
Skilled in inventory control, inventory, and food cost management practices.
Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.

Ideal candidate will have minimum of 1 year of recent Tim Hortons experience as a Manager OR MUST have 2 years as a Tim Hortons Supervisor
