This permanent part time role involves working day-to-evening shifts with alternate weekends. You will support the physical and personal care needs of clients, enhancing their social, emotional, and cultural well-being. Collaborating with Registered Nurses, you will maintain essential relationships with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients' hygiene, grooming, and dressing needs
• Maintain dignity and emotional well-being of patients
• Establish relationships with clients and their families




• Record nutrition and hydration intake accurately
• Provide preventative skin care in accordance with protocols

Requirements:
• Current Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent
• Experience in Acute Care settings preferred
• Training in Gentle Persuasive Approach and U-First preferred
• Familiarity with psychogeriatric care and dementia issues
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
