You will utilize methodologies like Root Cause Analysis and FMEA, implement organizational safety plans, and collaborate with clinical leaders. Your contributions will support the integration of accreditation standards and quality improvement practices across hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct proactive risk assessments to improve quality
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis for safety incidents




• Lead Morbidity and Mortality Rounds
• Assist front-line staff with patient safety processes
• Monitor implementation of safety/risk management policies

Requirements:
• University degree in healthcare or relevant experience
• 5 years of hospital experience preferred
• 3 years in Patient Safety or Risk Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of healthcare legislation
