Ledcor Highways Ltd. is seeking casual operators for winter road maintenance across Alberta. This role is ideal for individuals holding a Class 1, 2, or 3 license, ready to operate snowplows and heavy equipment. You will work both on-call and outside in all weather, ensuring highway safety in your community while enjoying opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and wheel loaders
• Maintain highways and assist with general labor duties
• Be on-call during weather events and emergencies
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
• Clear driver’s abstract for the past three years
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform demanding tasks
• Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing
• Previous experience with snowplowing is advantageous
