The Salvation Army is seeking dedicated personal care support staff to enhance the well-being of clients. The role involves maintaining care records, assisting with personal and healthcare tasks, and following client care plans. You will work in compliance with established policies and work closely with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer call signals and assist clients promptly
• Maintain inventory and supply levels for care
• Follow personal care plans and physicians’ orders
• Observe and record client conditions meticulously
• Facilitate leisure activities and exercise supervision

Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant post-secondary program
• Current First Aid/CPR and NVCI certification
• Minimum of three years' experience in social services
• Strong client-centered approach in interactions
• Capacity to lift 40lbs independently
