The Squamish Nation is looking for an experienced leader for the Consultation Manager position within the Rights and Title Department. You will oversee branch operations, enhance team performance, and engage with stakeholders to uphold the Nation's priorities. This role is vital for connecting various departments, external governments, and community partners to ensure meaningful consideration of cultural interests in development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and improve the referral management strategy
• Lead and mentor Referral Analysts and support staff




• Oversee and coordinate timely review of referrals
• Plan and budget complex referral projects
• Monitor compliance with regulatory developments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
• 7 to 10 years in referral management
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing external relationships
• Solid understanding of Indigenous Rights
