As a key member of the Employment and Education Program, you will support internationally-trained professionals as they seek employment opportunities in Early Childhood Education. This full-time role emphasizes recruitment, skills facilitation, and nurturing partnerships with local childcare providers to secure placements. Your experience with diverse communities and strong facilitation skills will empower participants to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and facilitate the Bridge to Work program
• Recruit and engage potential candidates for the program
• Assess clients' employment and education needs
• Coordinate pre-employment training sessions
• Collaborate with childcare providers for paid placements
Requirements:
• Postsecondary degree or diploma in related fields
• Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Strong facilitation and networking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
