We partner with leading local, national, and global brands, including Domino’s, SHEIN, Rec Room & many more, to plan and execute high-performing social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms. Our network combines strong creative execution with data-driven campaign management to deliver measurable results at scale.
Role Overview
The Campaign Manager plays a critical role in the planning, coordination, and execution of branded campaigns across Northly Group’s media network. This role involves managing campaigns end-to-end, from initial kick-off through drafting, execution, and post-launch coordination, ensuring all deliverables are executed accurately, on time, and to spec. This is a highly detail-oriented, fast-paced role suited for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Coordination
Support full-cycle campaign management from kick-off to completion
Assist with campaign scoping, timelines, deliverables, and internal documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clarity on campaign requirements
Execution & Quality Control
Manage content drafting, approvals, and upload scheduling
Ensure all deliverables are published correctly across assigned platforms
Double-check campaign specs, captions, tags,
and timelines for accuracy
Monitor live campaigns and flag any issues immediately
Client & Internal Communication
Support client-facing communication in a professional and timely manner
Respond promptly to campaign-related questions or updates
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners
Operational Support
Track campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain organized records of deliverables and approvals
Assist with post-campaign wrap-ups and internal reporting as needed
Required Qualifications
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Highly responsive and reliable in a quick-moving environment
Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok platforms
Comfortable using Canva and basic content tools
Process-driven mindset with a “no loose ends” approach to work
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in marketing, social media, or client-facing roles
Understanding of digital content trends and younger audiences
Ability to think creatively while executing within defined guidelines
Experience coordinating deliverables or managing timelines
