In this role, you will assist the Associate Director, Secretariat with regulatory technologies and support for the Corporate Registrations & Compliance Team. Ideal candidates will have three years of progressive experience in a professional setting, coupled with strong Microsoft Office proficiency. Your detailed approach will be essential in monitoring compliance requirements and facilitating effective communication with corporate registrants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage corporate registrant compliance and ongoing requirements
• Communicate with registrants about compliance deficiencies
• Respond to inquiries regarding registration matters
• Prepare recommendations for registration approvals
• Maintain accurate registration records in databases
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of skilled experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and database maintenance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to use sound judgment in problem resolution
