Chartwell Retirement Residences is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to enhance residents’ well-being. Deliver personalized care, manage medications, and support our mission of community and care.

As a vital part of our team, the Licensed Practical Nurse will provide assessments, personal care, and medication administration to residents. You will engage with families, educate Health Care Aides, and demonstrate a deep appreciation for the residents’ dignity and heritage. This position requires a strong customer service orientation and skills in conflict resolution to ensure satisfaction among residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct basic assessments and deliver personal care services
• Administer medications within LPN scope and regulations




• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
• Facilitate family involvement in resident care
• Provide support and guidance to Health Care Aides

Requirements:
• Valid LPN registration from recognized program
• Knowledge in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing
• Solid customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with relevant health regulations and acts
• Empathy towards senior residents and their needs
