This role requires a Bachelor's degree in an allied health discipline and five years of recent related experience in a leadership capacity. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and coordination of licensing services
• Establish practice standards and objectives for the team
• Conduct performance evaluations and assist in staff selection
• Facilitate orientation and education programs for staff
• Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in allied health discipline required
• Minimum five years of leadership experience
• Valid BC driver’s license
• Broad knowledge of community care licensing regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
