Become a key player in our Operations team as a Project Scheduler, coordinating schedules for multi-family renovation projects. This rapid-paced role focuses on effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.

As part of our Operations team, the Project Scheduler works directly with the Director of Ops Services. This position requires managing daily and master schedules, overseeing contractor assignments, and enhancing client communications. You will build strong working relationships across teams to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and revise preliminary master schedules for projects
• Maintain master schedules, identify impacts of work completed or delayed
• Provide schedule updates, forecasts,



and reports regularly
• Collaborate with teams to address schedule impacts
• Assist Project Managers in short-term schedule creation

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in construction or project scheduling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and business systems
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Analytical thinking to assess timelines and project risks
