Key Responsibilities:
• Lead inspections and monitoring of tailings and water facilities
• Collaborate with teams for optimal performance management
• Ensure compliance with GISTM and dam safety standards




• Prepare technical reports on tailings management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in tailings operations

Requirements:
• Degree in relevant engineering discipline
• 3+ years in tailings management and 6+ years in related mining experience
• Skilled Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in BC
• Comprehensive knowledge of tailings and water management practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
