This experience will includemotivating a frontline team, problem solving issues, and removing barriersin order tohelp win the shift.

You will alsobe responsible fortracking business critical KPIs toidentifytrends to focus on meaningful projects that advance Pepsi

Responsibilities You willbe responsible for: Applyingtheoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability Executing Annual Operating Plan for Production Achievingperformance standards with regards to safety, lineutilizationand quality Trackingkey performance indicators/costs,anticipatingand correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets Overseeingand assuringfacility equipment reliability to minimize downtime Buildingpeople capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel Ensuringcompliance with all Health & Safety regulations Ensuringcompliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
