Overview: Our client in Winnipeg, MB is looking for a Digital Enablement Consultant for an initial 9-month contract with the possibility for renewals.

This role is hybrid requiring 1-2 days onsite weekly so the successful candidate(s) must be currently residing in the Winnipeg area or be willing to relocate to the area for the duration of the contract.

What you will be doing: The following deliverables will be developed by the successful candidate but are not limited to: Digital Enablement Strategy Digital Enablement Roadmap Operating Model Community of Practice Model Service Offerings Catalogue Governance Framework and Decision-Making Structure Intake, Assessment, and Prioritization Process M365 Digital Automation Standards and Reference Architectures Citizen Developer Framework and Guardrail Copilot and Agent Governance Guidelines Training and Knowledge Transfer Plan Digital Enablement Maturity Assessment and Recommendations: 12 PM Transition-to-Operations Plan for the permanent Digital Enablement Team Weekly status report detailing their tasks completed during the week, tasks scheduled for the upcoming week, estimated effort to complete; backlog items Weekly timesheet submission Leading/facilitating workshops with project teams and stakeholders, including senior executives What you must have: An undergraduate degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or other demonstrated relevant degree or a certification in business analysis (ex: ECBA, CCBA or CBAP or PMI-PBA) or certification in project management (ex. PMP,



PRINCE2); and Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification or Microsoft Certified Copilot for Microsoft 365 certification or equivalent Minimum of 10 years of experience leading digital transformation or business process modernization, including process mapping, workflow optimization within complex organizations. 5- 10 years of experience with enterprise automation and value realization. 5-10 years of experience establishing or maturing Digital Enablement, Automation, Low-Code, Innovation, or Centre of Excellence (CoE) practices. 5-10 years of experience developing communities of practice, training programs, adoption strategies, and knowledge transfer plans to enable sustainable organizational capability and self-service innovation. 5- 10 years of experience developing enterprise standards, reference architectures, guardrails, and best practices.

Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing governance frameworks for digital solutions, citizen development programs, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled technologies.

Demonstrated success leading stakeholder engagement across diverse business and technical groups, with the ability to build consensus and influence senior leadership without direct authority.
