Practice Model: Mixed (rostered and walk-in/same-day access) Environment: Fast-paced primary care with high patient volume Role Summary We are seeking Family Physicians/General Practitioners to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred primary care in contemporary outpatient clinics across the GTA.

This role is well-suited to physicians who enjoy a collaborative environment, efficient clinic operations, and a busy practice.

Key Responsibilities Provide full-scope family medicine (preventative care, chronic disease management, episodic/same-day care) Diagnose and treat common acute conditions and minor illnesses Manage follow-ups, care plans,



and coordinate referrals as needed Order and interpret labs/diagnostic tests and support continuity of care Document efficiently and accurately using the clinic EMR Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain quality care in a high-volume setting Compensation & Time Off For the first three months, there are no overhead costs, and you will retain 100% of your billings.

For the remainder of Year 1, the compensation structure shifts to an 80/20 split.

From the end of Year 1 through the remainder of the term, compensation will be based on a 75/25 split. $15,000 signing bonus Six (6) weeks of vacation per year Relocation support available (where applicable) Qualifications MD with training in Family Medicine / General Practice Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) (Independent Practice) or eligible for registration Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach Comfortable working in a busy clinic setting while maintaining high clinical standards How to Apply To apply or learn more, please email or visit
