We are looking for an experienced operations skilled to join our team from October 2026.
This is a full-time, office-based position in Durban.
This position would be ideal for someone who is dependable, organised, hands‑on, takes ownership of their work, and understands the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience.
Relevant experience in travel. tour operations, group travel or event operations
Strong knowledge of accommodation, transport, flights, itineraries, and supplier coordination




Experience managing bookings, allocations, travel documentation, and operational deadlines
Excellent administrative, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Confident working with booking, reservation, and CRM systems
Manage our enquiry email boxes and overall data hygience in our CRM system
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Excellent supplier and customer communication skills
A proactive, accountable, and solution-driven approach
Sports travel or major‑event experience would be an advantage
Minimum 3 years'work experience in either a retail travel agency, tour operator or similar
Offer administrative support to the CEO (such as staff travel, functions, and office administration)
