LandSea is seeking a dedicated 2nd Cook for a term position beginning August 8th. This role involves assisting the 1st Cook with all food preparations and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The position requires excellent teamwork, communication skills, and kitchen equipment familiarity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals including breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
• Set up and restock salad bar and dining areas
• Clean up after meals, ensuring sanitary conditions
• Report food or equipment concerns to the 1st Cook
• Assist with inventory and administrative tasks

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of 2nd Cook experience
• Strong communication skills in English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Comfort with kitchen equipment
