The Direct to Client Specialist (Seasonal) serves as a primary point of contact for client interactions, delivering exceptional service through accurate and professional handling of inbound telephone inquiries related to Client Care Services. This role is accountable for meeting defined performance objectives across productivity, efficiency, and call quality, while upholding the highest operational and Louis Vuitton service standards through the consistent and proficient use of key systems and tools.
Seasonal position will not extend beyond mid-December 2026.
Job responsibilities
Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional active listening and communication skills, a refined command of the English language, and the ability to convey genuine empathy across a wide range of client interactions. A proven capacity for de-escalation and composure under pressure are essential to thriving in this role.
Maintain the highest standard of customer service daily by demonstrating exemplary communication and service excellence across call quality, client resolution, product awareness, and store relations, in alignment with Call Quality Customer Service Standards, Louis Vuitton Etiquette, and the Louis Vuitton Selling Ceremony.
Handle a diverse range of inbound and outbound client calls — including payment collection, repair quotations, customer service inquiries, and store-related requests — accurately assessing each clients need to initiate repair requests, deliver relevant care information, and ensure a seamless and complete service experience.
Assess incoming client calls to evaluate the reported issue against case history and account documentation and determine the appropriate resolution or escalation path.
Consistently meet or exceed all assigned goals in the areas of call quality, and productivity & efficiency.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and with professionalism, applying a client-centric approach to ensure fair, empathetic, and timely outcomes at every interaction.
Stay current on all product knowledge, company updates,
and departmental initiatives to deliver accurate, informed, and confident responses to client inquiries.
Adhere strictly to call center protocols, department guidelines, and company policies to ensure compliance and consistency across all client interactions.
Maintain proficient and consistent use of all required call center platforms, tools, and CRM systems to ensure accurate call documentation and seamless client service delivery.
Document 100% of calls and email correspondence accurately within the CRM system, capturing inquiry type, customer feedback, and complaint details to ensure complete interaction traceability and data integrity.
Actively engage in departmental training, continuous improvement projects, and cross-functional initiatives, while proactively contributing process improvement recommendations to drive operational excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives and goals.
Profile
Over two years of experience in a Customer Service & Call Handling environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and maintain consistent performance level in a quick-paced environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with strong time-management skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, fostering professional relationships built on clarity, respect, and trust.
Demonstrates reliable punctuality and schedule flexibility as needed, consistently meeting attendance expectations while adapting to shifting business needs and call center operational demands.
GED certificate or High School diploma.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 am -- 3:30 pm (onsite only)
Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
