Lead impactful Jewish community initiatives with UJA Federation of Greater Toronto as the Director of Jewish Engagement. This full-time position focuses on strategic development in education, programming, and community partnerships.

In this senior role reporting to the Vice President of Jewish Engagement, you'll drive efforts that enhance Jewish identity and community involvement. You will be responsible for forging deep team-oriented relationships, evaluating program outcomes, and managing a comprehensive grantmaking portfolio. Your contribution will be crucial in addressing challenges within the Jewish community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies for Jewish summer camps and education
• Strengthen partnerships with community leaders and stakeholders




• Manage a robust grantmaking portfolio with detailed evaluation metrics
• Collaborate with diverse organizations to address gaps
• Foster innovative thinking across the engagement ecosystem

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree; Master's preferred
• 5-10 years in Jewish education or community leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Toronto's Jewish community
• Experience in program development and grant management
