Senior Systems Testing / QA Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Systems Testing / QA Specialist to support the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement in planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive quality assurance and testing activities for complex web-based, CRM, BI, and ETL solutions. The successful candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in manual testing, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, BI and end-to-end ETL validation, systems integration, functional and non-functional testing, accessibility testing, and Agile delivery environments.

This role requires robust experience developing testing strategies, test plans, test cases, test data, and testing artifacts, along with the ability to analyze defects, validate data across source and target systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams,



and support UAT throughout the software development lifecycle.
