We are looking for a reliable Fishing Vessel Deckhand to assist with daily activities on commercial vessels. You will support gear deployment and handling, maintain cleanliness, and ensure catches are sorted according to safety standards. Ideal candidates should be physically fit and adaptable to change.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy and retrieve fishing gear, nets, and traps
• Handle, sort, and store seafood while ensuring quality
• Maintain cleanliness of the deck and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on gear and vessel
• Assist with loading and unloading catches at port

Requirements:
• Previous deckhand or fishing experience preferred
• Able to handle physically demanding tasks at sea
• Comfortable working at heights and on slippery surfaces
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
