The Clinical Nurse Educator will work under the direction of the Manager of Nursing Practice and Education. You will assess learning needs, implement educational programs, and act as a clinical resource. Your role is vital in collaborating with the interprofessional clinical team to promote effective client care within Saskatchewan Health Region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure alignment with organizational missions and goals
• Develop and maintain in-service educational programming
• Assess and evaluate learning needs of staff
• Promote client and family-centered care initiatives
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• 3 years of experience in geriatric or medical nursing
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS)
• Strong advanced communication skills
