About The Role We're looking for a Tooling Setup Operator to join our team in St. Marys. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations-analyzing processes, solving technical challenges, and driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and performance.
What You'll Do Provide daily shop floor support along with troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
Conduct process studies and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform technical setup duties to support other associates and enhance machine performance
Provide ongoing communications with production operators, engineering, quality and management
Assist in improving manufacturing processes
What You Bring Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Tool & Die, or a related manufacturing/machining discipline.
3-5 years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
